Summer 2009 was another fantastic travel season for Travel for Teens! We’re back this year full of excitement and energy, as we gear up to give you several new and revamped trips for 2010. After a fall spent traveling the globe to research new trips and new destinations, our staff are eagerly looking forward to the awesome experiences in store starting next June.

This year we’re following your lead. We’ve taken your advice on the trips you’d like to see and put together a summer so full of so many unbelievable travel opportunities we know you’ll have trouble choosing. Based on the massive interest in our Italy Photography excursion, we’ve added two new photo trips to the calendar. We have new language opportunities in the Caribbean, a voyage to Scandinavia, and a set of two very special trips designed to teach you how to backpack through Europe and budget and plan as you go. There’s so much to look forward to, but I won’t list it all here. Instead, I invite you to browse our site, check out our photo galleries, and find the trip that’s right for you.

The experiences that we offer at Travel for Teens go far beyond a mere summer vacation. Whether you choose a community service trip, a language program, or a cultural exploration trip, each and every one of our programs is designed to engender a love of learning, a passion for travel, and an insatiable curiosity about the cultural differences and commonalities that tie our world together. While not easily quantifiable, these intangibles are what our participants carry away from our trips, and the incredible memories inspired by these experiences last a lifetime.
